★ ★ ★ ★ ★ find frustrating is we call so many times but no one picks calls and sometimes we have to wait days for nurse to call us back. What if u have some questions to ask right that day or need to see doctor or something. Reducing my star here because i have been having same issue over months now and when finally i got some appointment for tests i keep calling and sending voicemail no replies no call backs nothing. Horrible experience so far. I don't know what to expect. And yes nurse doesn't remember us at all what issue we have and never seen doctor in person. I don't understand issue i have pain i have without seeing and feeling how just prescribing pills for months it could be serious or nothing wrong. Really should be visiting in person doctor and nurse really need to work rather then just sitting and chilling. Sry but m stress And in pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time and energy. This doctor is an absolute joke, he has no idea what's going on, very unorganized. You have to do his job for him/stay on top of things, IF he even does it at all. There's no one there to take calls... twice I've gone in to speak to someone directly, shocker they're closed, even though it's during "open" hours. Just brutal.

Terrible doctor. Will not do anything for me….
I’ve had multiple appointments with this doctor FOR THE SAME ISSUES.
He said he will switch over a single prescription…. And some paper work.
THREE WEEKS I’ve waited… with new appointments to double down and ask…
He’s respectful when he talks but will not follow through with a single thing.
I THOUGHT I WAS LUCKY TO FIND A FAMILY DOCTOR FINALLY,
BUT HE DOES NOT CARE.
His nurse never remembered my name after over 5 calls and talking with her in person. She couldn’t even remember me or what we talked about.
Seems like this doctor is just taking on as many patients as possible for his report but not doing absolutely anything.
I’ve left messages and follow ups just for a single prescription. It’s pathetic and neglectful.
He is continuing to take new patients STILL. Even though over the phone he mentioned having a lot to do. Still he does nothing but call with people then hang up and forget about it…
