★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited salon after booking an appointment in the evening of May 09 for face wax. My esthetician was Christine. She is definitely a lovely lady, and I informed her in the beginning that, to be careful, because that’s my first time doing it all together on face. I am not allergic to anything wax wise. Near the end of service, I did mention that it was a lot redder than usual. But, I was suggested that, within couple of hours, it should be fine! After reaching home, I did apply cold water to it. And waiting for it to be normal after moisturizing the skin. Apparently, I woke up today with the wax burns, on all the places, that were red, while leaving the salon! When I contacted salon in person, today morning.. they were not prepared for it! The suggestion, that I was given, please use aloe Vera and take time! But, aloe Vera is also burning on the skin. Also they are not certain on which one of their used products caused this, and definitely no solution for that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got an amazing haircut from the owner, Annie, today. She was so friendly and welcoming and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had by far! She was very personable and wished me luck on my upcoming move, I highly recommend going to Annie for your haircuts and other hair needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I went this place on Friday of 27th May, and this is what I got and even i choose the owner for a hairdresser because i thought choosing the owner would be better because of experience.. despite having a nice woman as a hairdresser, I got this for a haircut, well she said I have a very sensitive scalp but this is not about having a sensitive skin this is a bad razor job, I have waited alot not to make a bad review but unfortunately this is really bad, even hurting... I don't know what I should do...
