★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lifemark's Doug Freer & Associates' Physiotherapist/Clinical Director Monica, and Athletic Therapist Michelle, put together a fantastic, effective, life-changing physio program for me and my post-Covid 19 symptoms. The thorough, understandable, assistive acupuncture, ultrasound, vestibular and physiotherapy therapies got me back on my feet, preparing me for my return to work and lifestyle. I can't say enough about the pros at Lifemark from the front staff on. Very personable, attentive and professional. I'm definitely going to miss their services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional!! If you asked me to sum up the Staff and My Experience in One Word, that's what I'd say!! I'm recovering from a Concussion, Back, Hip & Neck Injury so I was being seen and helped by multiple people for the last year.
From Shannon who is my OT, I can not say enough good things about her...her support, her kindness, and her guidance has kept me going and has played a huge part in my recovery.
Monica, my Physiotherapist, who recognized my issues and developed a treatment plan for all 4 of my injuries that allowed me to improve at a pace that worked for me, but pushed me as well.
Michelle worked wonders for me in the gym, developing an exercise program that allowed me to improve at a pace that my injuries allowed.
Even the Ladies at the front Reception desk were always pleasant and greeted me by name and with a friendly smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had issues with 2 slipped discs, bulging discs, mild arthritis and fibromyalgia. I originally went to another physiotherapist for 6 months prior to my MRI results and she wouldn’t listen when I told her it wasn’t fibromyalgia related for this issue I was having. I was referred to Doug Freer and Associates. My LTD coverage was for 6 weeks and with the amazing, skilled staff, my pain level went from 7-10 to 1-2. With my exercises I continued to do at home, I felt like a whole new person. They listen to your concerns, are very attentive and very friendly. You won’t regret receiving treatment from this establishment!! They did more for me in 6 weeks than my last one did for me in 6 months!! Highly recommend!!

I feel Monica was the best expert at helping me take the 1st steps back to a life where I don’t feel as restricted by my body anymore (because my issues were properly assessed & treated). She was knowledgeably informative, patiently supportive, & had a cheery, positive attitude. I’m very grateful for her services, help, & guidance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monica C. was fantastic with my son and helping him regain motion and strengthen his ankle. She clearly explain the physio process and need for his commitment to do the exercises outside of their sessions. All exercises and movements were explained clearly and easy to understand with reference materials printed and also available electronically. Each session was rewarded with improvement with range of motion both noticeable and confirmed with testing numbers. She is always welcoming and energetic for each session. I would highly recommend her!
