★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weird and shady. Don’t even have a reception area, you walk into a small room with a bunch of different rooms, no one to greet you.
Took my daughter for a 9:30 appointment with Erin.
Upon arrival, Erin was running behind so no problem, it happens. When she finally finishes with her client, she comes out of the room and says to my daughter, “I can’t take you today, I don’t feel good, I’m going home. It’s first thing in the morning, why did you come to work knowing you are not 100% and you are going to be spending your day in a tiny room up close with people? She looked so pale, like she was just about to throw up. Ugh, big mistake!

The only downside is that the office is a little tricky to find for your first appointment.

With one visit and a rare TMJ injury, Christine quickly figured out the issue and focused on a solution. She explained the injury and left me with "homework" to help further improve the issue. In no time the injury was miles better thanks to Christine. Within 7 days of the injury I had seen two doctors and one specialist. Respectfully, none were able to offer any help and the injury remained the same. Although multiple treatments may be required, I'm more than pleased that after one visit it feels MUCH better!

She did not disappoint. Over a year ago I couldn’t do basic life chores, let alone any favourite sports without being in a lot of pain and discomfort. Today I can say I can do pretty much all of the things I could do prior to my injury, including sports. She not only saved my physical well-being, but also my mental well-being. Thank you Christine for caring and helping me heal!

I was skeptical of dry needling at first but she showed me how amazing and beneficial it is! Christine is so cautious and follows all Covid-19 rules to perfection so that you always feel safe when visiting Excite Physiotherapy.
