★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to have an insurance agent whom I followed from one broker to another and who knew all about my circumstances. When he retired, he transferred my client file to another agent - but Brokerlink decided to start this new policy where each agent gets to deal with any customer, depending on who currently is available. This resulted in the most recent past in me having to call FOUR times for a minor insurance claim and each time I had to repeat the same story and the agent had no knowledge of what was going on.
So now I am repeatedly calling about my car insurance and am being bounced back and forth. Therefore I am now transferring to another broker altogether, because as a customer, I don't feel like begging to be allowed to bring my business to them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kelly Douglas from Broker Link provides me with the most outstanding and honest customer service I’ve ever had with an insurance broker. I was recently scrambling last minute to resolve an International insurance request for business travels and I sent an email to Kelly saying ‘HELP!!!’.
She called me within 2 minutes and began to reach out to her network leaving me feeling much more at ease.
Not only does Kelly continue to impress me with her attention to detail and seemingly endless ideas for accommodating insurance requests, but she has refreshing genuineness that keeps me coming back.

Just purchased a new car. Now, I don't know what to do.
*AN UPDATE*
Not sure what is wrong with this Brokerlink company. I've finally cancelled both my auto & Home insurance from them! ( 1st call waited 30mins.....2nd call waited just under 25mins ). Horrible horrible company to get a hold of someone. And thier website is not any better, I find it totally unhelpful. Not sure how they got all those stars rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Visa card was used for monthly insurance on our car and home .It got scammed and had to be replaced .I phoned my Insurance company but had problems getting through to give them
the new number.Fortunately Broker Link intervened and found out that the insurance company had
not received the new number and supplied it so that we maintained our coverage .
