★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called ahead to see if they had xbox one controller they said yes I showed up and they were sold out, so I bought a xbox batman game for my son which they wouldn't accept my hock shop gift card, then went home to play it and it was disc 2 and you need disc one??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First experience: put items in on buyback and they lost the charger/accessories and replace them with dollar store bs. Second experience: called ahead to make sure the item I was bringing was being accepted and they even give me a price, go in and get told various lies about how they havent been taking the item for weeks and have 12, no 20, oop sorry he meant more than 20 -even though they were an hour ago. "You didnt call this store" uh my call history can confirm that for yoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garbage, I bought a black ops 3 from here 2 weeks ago, they took my I'd put my name in the system, and now when I need to bring it back because I have no time for games, they said no cash back only in store credit or trade, so I went to trade and didn't have my recite, what's the point of taking my I'd down if I need my recite to do anything? You guys told me any problems just bring it back, nothing about a recite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a clean hock shop, with friendly staff. It's good a decent selection of merchandise, and charges decent prices for it. Overall, this is a decent place to come to if you're looking for some used games or items. They may not have the same supply of some other similar shops, but they're close. Overall, this place is worth a trip to if you're in town, but since I know of a few others in the area, it's been a while since I've had a reason to come here, as they don't offer anything competitive enough to entice me.
