I go as needed when I feel stiff after very long car rides, bike crashes, falling on my skates, waking up with a stiff neck, etc. I'm a very active person and chiropractic treatment is part of my recovery process. Dr. Matt professionally prescribes what is necessary for the issue. I might go for several appointments within a few weeks or once in a couple of months as I feel I need. I can highly recommend this chiropractic and treatment center.

Danielle is a warm and funny person and makes you comfortable. More importantly she has fixed my injuries and taught me how to stay healthy. The office and treatment rooms are clean and inviting. I have experienced other physiotherapists and I will always stay her client. Even my daughter has been treated by Danielle. I highly recommend reaching out to Danielle if you need a physiotherapist. Whether it has been for adjusting my back or helping with a pinched nerve Matt has helped me and given me the information I need to stay healthy. Just an incredible amazing place to go to. Couple weeks ago I had to bring my baby with me and this was no issue, Matt said bring him with you. I wouldn’t refer anybody else but Dr Matt Tribe very knowledgeable and amazing at what he does. She is as skilled as she is nice! She has gone out of her way to develop two different exercise programs for me, as well as keeping me mobile in weekly visits. Her expertise with manual therapy techniques allows me to live a much fuller day-to-day life. I was a mess when I came to her, and I’m honestly not sure where I’d be without her skill. Massage therapy is a part of my balanced lifestyle and I've seen many therapists over my life. I found Jayme by luck after moving to Barrie from Toronto and I've been so grateful for her support. I broke my ankle in 2020 and she has been an angel on the road to my recovery. I love a deeper massage and releasing trigger points and Jayme delivers every time. She has a warm and professional manner, I highly recommend her. The clinic is a clean and inviting space.
