Krista is incredibly knowledgeable in her field, and has learned from some of the best in the industry. The facility is always clean, and has a great atmosphere. Puppy time with Brooks is also a huge bonus! Whether you are just starting your journey to better health, or looking for that next level, I would definitely check them out!

I injured my low back lifting weights (bulging disc) and after just a few adjustments, I felt almost completely better! Today, I have no low back issues and it’s all be cause of Dr. Kyle! I highly, highly recommend his care

The staff is knowledgable, personal, and professional. It is always clean, and kept in excellent shape. There is a variety of equipment, all of which is high end quality and kept in great shape. Dr. Kyle is an awesome chiropractor, who is very thorough in speaking to an injury, or strain you may have, and how to be proactive, and preventative with next steps. There website is user-friendly, and allows you to pick and choose time-slots that fit your schedule. I would highly recommend choosing this gym to benefit you on your journey of well-being.

I have thoroughly enjoyed personal training sessions as well as fun and energetic fitness classes. Recently Doctor Kyle helped me with some nagging lower back issues and I have also enjoyed some relaxing massage therapy from RMT Paige. Everyone on the DelFit team is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly, which is a direct result of Krista’s leadership!

I went from not being able to brush my teeth without excruciating pain, to being able to yawn and eat normal foods after 2 sessions. I've been there for about a month now, and I can full on eat a messy burger, mouth wide open, without having to worry about my jaw causing me issues. Krista (the owner) and the rest of her team are also extremely clean, very organized, professional, and friendly. Every time I step foot into the clinic, I'm greeted with a smile and a hello. I will definitely be going back to DELFIT for any further acute or chronic issues.

Between the flawlessly executed treatment plans, the co-management between practitioners, the cleanliness and coziness the gym and clinic space, and the way that Krista and her team always make me feel welcome and empowered, I’d highly recommend this team to anyone that wants to prioritize their individual well-being.
