★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alex Costa was my massage therapist at another location. I wanted to repost this review to show appreciation for her work she did with me.
Alex is an awesome massage therapist. She really cares about her patients, and wants to help them feel better. She is really engaging and easy to talk to, allowing me to feel comfortable to share what my issues are so she can treat them. She asks the right questions to help narrow down what the issue may be that is causing the pain and discomfort, and she has the experience and knowledge to know how to properly treat it.
She is continuing her education in school studying acupuncture, showing her commitment to always learning and expanding her knowledge so she can best help her clients.
She has been treating injuries and pain that I have had for a long time from sports/weightlifting. She has helped me feel and move a lot better. I personally get 90 minute to 120 minute deep tissue massages from her each week, as it allows me to get relief from pain and tightness throughout my whole body. Her treatments have given me the most relief from pain and tightness out of all the treatments I have tried (chiropractic, physiotherapy etc).
Her treatments have allowed me to sleep much better also. She has helped relieve pain that I was having in my neck, that was causing issues with my sleep. Now that she has treated my neck pain, I am able to sleep much better!
I highly recommend her services, and I know with her assistance she will help me get back to 100% so I can go back to doing the things I enjoy pain free (sports, weightlifting).
