Ladies if your thinking about any hair removal this is the best! No more shaving waxing ingrown hairs! It is the best decision I have made. Yes there is some discomfort however Loretta is fast and gentle! Recommend some freezing before hand to help. However don’t let it scare you from a lifetime of feeling free of hair! Thanks ladies for always doing a great job!

She gives me as much time as I need, and really listens to what I want. She explains what results I can expect. I've had to go to the emergency department several times to have them lanced and have been on and off antibiotics to fight the infections for years. My medical doctor suggested that I stop shaving and waxing altogether. Waxing, by the way, only seemed to make things worse for me, even though everyone told me it would make things better. After having surgery on an abscess due to an ingrown hair on my tailbone - 3 times, same spot... The surgeon recommended that I look into laser hair removal. I had never heard of it at that time. I had received 21 laser hair removal from another place in Barrie. However, it never worked for me. The place where I was receiving the sessions said they didn’t understand and to just continue buying packages. Years later, someone suggested Laser Health Works after a couple more ingrown hairs. I called and made an appointment. Loretta is so friendly and took the time to explain things to me. She shared that the quality of the machine used makes a huge difference and confirmed that I was a good candidate for laser hair removal. I've now had six sessions, and my hair is almost gone! All of my ingrown hairs are gone. No more embarrassing bumps. No more painful trips to the emergency department. No more antibiotics. It's incredible! I am so grateful to Laser Health Works for this.
