I've tried a few other places, but the prices and quality of service have not compared to here. The team is super nice and friendly, and MJ was also very informative about my treatments. Definitely recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From eyebrows, to permanent make up, facials and laser I have had the best service hands down from THE ONE.
I always feel like a friend when I walk in and leave feeling uplifted and beautiful.
MJ is an expert in her field and knows her stuff. She’s as professional as they come and her work is a shining example of that.
Her staff is also so friendly and offer great skincare advice, which I truly appreciate.
They’re the best!

She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease. The procedure was painless and quick! She eliminated the fine lines in my forehead and I couldn't be happier! I feel so confident in my skin and I'm thrilled with the results. I will definitely be going back to see her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did the micro needling and laser genesis treatments here and I can’t believe how much my skin has improved just after one treatment. I have more supple, glowing skin that no longer breaks out and my pores are TINY! The owner is super friendly and very professional. I LOVE the interior too. Super clean, really feels like a luxurious spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Katelyn for my lip flip! I was super nervous about it and she made the whole experience so much fun! She told me everything about the procedure what to look out for during the settling period etc. my lips are on day 5 and they look amazing! Katelyn is also always down to answer a question on FB. She has an amazing attitude and she will not make you feel like a stranger esp. If it’s your first time! 5/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m sure their medical treatments are top notch and I genuinely didn’t want to post this but the shellac manicures here aren’t up to par.
They peel off in under 4 days. The actual service staff are lovely and great to talk to but the nail products just weren’t of quality or value.
Regarding the reply - please emphasize to your clients that vegan nail polish, while more ethical, is not as long lasting. I would have never opted for the shellac option over a regular nail polish if the vegan benefits made it less effective than regular brands. As I’m sure you’re aware, shellac is praised for its durability and the expectations weren’t met.
I trust this feedback has been useful and future clients will be spared the disappointment.

I have had two tattoo removal sessions so far and am very impressed with the progress we are gaining? MJ and her staff and incredible i nightly recommend any of there services.

MJ and her machine is AMAZING - she went above and beyond by doing a larger area than originally thought needed and her prices are very reasonable and totally worth the treatment. 10/10 recommend!
