I have spent years trying different forms of supplements and tests to try and solve this without any luck. After one visit with Dr. Katie Rothwell I have already noticed a lot of improvement in my sleep and energy levels. She listened to all of my concerns and made great recommendations on natural ways to improve my health. She even taught me specific information to look for when buying supplements to ensure I was getting the best products for my needs. I would highly recommend her services.

It was such an amazing experience and you can tell she really cares about her patients. She has already given me recommendations and I look forward to continue to work with her. I would highly recommend! -Also the receptionist there is really friendly and nice also!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place to get IV therapy. I was too far for me to travel to Collingwood to get my IV therapy every week and was referred to Rooted in health by my Naturopath. I had a really bad experience with my first IV and not by staff but my body reacted and Martha was incredible. She stayed with me the whole time checked my vitals and started communicating with my Naturopath right away. After many discussions back and forth they tweeked my bag and things have gone much better since. Wonderful staff, experienced and knowledgeable. Thank you Martha for reaching out to my Naturopath and working closely with her. It was your professionalism after my first bad experience that got me coming back every week.
