★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just ordered a fish sandwich from cundles location harvey's through uber eat. When I opened it, a long hair on top of the sandwich. So disappointed about it. It is a visible long long hair. I have to throw my dinner away and suffering the hungry.

The staff were extremley rude.
I could not understand a word they ere saying.
When I asked a question about something they looked at me like I was stuipid.
Go over to Bayfield street in Barrie dont buy from here
I would not give this place any star but thats the only way it will take post

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK branch plenty of parking Frings were OK and didn't take long to prepare. Couldn't understand what the attendant was trying to ask me, would have been nice if she made more effort to find my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean inside, I was stunned! The staff inside are very friendly and fast. Haven't had Harvey's for about 12 years, but now I prefer it over McDonald's. Great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were rude. Cashier was rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing when having to wait to take our order. Food was hot though so that was a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered via Uber. Buffalo Chicken Burger was delicious. Fries arrived dehydrated and shrinking inside because they were old. Harvey's, this costs customers a lot of cash, please be considerate of this when fulfilling our orders. Uber refunds money for bad food items so there wasn't too much of a problem on my part, but I'm sure the restaurant owner won't be happy to know their employees cost them nearly $20 because they couldn't give us fresh fries. Plus I won't be visiting again any time soon. Guys you really blew it with this customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service as usual. My Angus burger and onion rings hit the spot. My onion rings were cold by the time I got home which was too bad. These are the times of lockdown and restaurants closed for dining. Tried the Carmel shake...too sugary for me but lot of flavor. Just personal taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ II don't understand why proper care is not used. You know you're holding the food to tight when it gets crushed and it's not a little crushed it's been squeezed. This has happened the last two times I visited Harveys at two different locations (both Barrie). Contacted head office so that they may train their staff properly, no one has gotten back to me in a month. Adios Harveys.
