Worst experience picking an order. The gentleman (Short young man) working in this store on Friday, October 29 (between 8:30pm and 9pm) was so rude that I have never had to experience such a bad customer service experience ever in Canada. I went in and mentioned the order number and this gentlemen kept mum without acknowledging anything. For a second, I thought he did not hear and said “Hello?” and to my shock, he answered saying that “can’t you see that I’m working on your order?” I was like how the hell do I know that? There was another order ready at the counter and thought it was mine. To this he said, well it’s for someone else and if it’s yours I would have given you. Lack of basic customer service and acknowledgement. I’m sorry to post a negative review (I don’t like to do this to any business) but everyone needs to be treated with respect. That’s all I ask.

worst experience from all the subways in barrie we went there and told the guy to grill the sub and he was so rude just that he have to clean the grill he says no us that he won’t grill our sub eventhough every other subway does for us

I came in at 10:52pm on 11/14/21 and the man that was informed that I have a serious dairy allergy and I had asked him to Cheng's his gloves between orders. He brushed it off and continued to try and make my sub with the same gloves he has touched dairy with and proceed to give me attitude when I asked him to throw it out and change his gloves! Terrible service and health Canada will be contacted! This is very unsafe!

I visit this Subway often and have a great experience each time. The employees are always friendly and offer great service with some tasty subs, tonight I was served by a man named Parth who lived up to the reputation. Thank you!

Attention to Skip, DoorDash and Uber customer. This restaurant prioritize in-stores customer first to pocket money and even though food is ready for online customer’s it will be handout once they serve their in-store customer. So if you’re food take longer / soggy now you know the reason. Thank you

I had the worst experience ever at this location. I came in with my son and his friend and ordered 2 subs. The guy(apparently one of the managers) started to make our first sub… I told him he is putting the wrong meat on it, after rolling his eyes and me telling him that’s not nice he proceeded to get very rude to me and my kids. Honestly I was in such a shock to get treated like this by someone that supposedly is managing a business. I will never ever go back to this location after being treated so so so unprofessional. Ps. There was another employee that was as shocked as I was but poor girl was afraid to even tell me his name after him refusing to release his name because he is the manager and doesn’t care what I think or do. Just shame on you for intimidating my children and being so rude and unprofessional.

Worst subway ever.... the manager made my sub wrong, I corrected him immediately. When he made the mistake he charged me for the mess up and refused to make a new one THE PROPER way like I asked nicely. So in turn I defended myself. He then said you messed up its your fault your paying for it regardless. Unacceptable behavior from a established brand. The sub should have been remade no questions asked cause it was done incorrectly. Also you antblame a customer for your mistake. Mistakes happen but can't blame a customer because you were rushing us through. I will not return to this subway. The manager did not handle the situation professionally at all.
