I worked with Jeff personally and he introduced me to his staff. He understood how sentimental I felt about the ring that I had him rebuild. I am thrilled with the outcome and my ring was ready earlier than promised. I would highly recommend Jeff and his staff. I was listened to and felt very comfortable at the store. I am very appreciative of the time he took with me and he suggested changing the setting of a stone which I had never considered. Thank you again, I am very very appreciative.

I was never able to wear the ring and honestly it didn't suit my style. Shanon listened to our ideas and added her own and what transpired truly impressed us! I am over the moon with excitement and happiness with how my custom ring turned out! Thank you so very much Shanon and the whole Jeff Walters team!
D	Dawn-Amber Hilton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not going to make a review, but hours later after my interaction with Jeff I am still very upset with his comments and how rude and belittling they were. It was recommended to go to his office to see if the crystal from a ring that was purchased by my parents from a different company could be reset, as it had fallen out of the clasps (for the record this ring did not come from his company, but heard he will reset in-house rather than sending it off). Several times infront of my mother who bought this ring for me, he made comments about how cheap the jewelry is, that we got ripped off, that this ring was made for most likely a $1.50, so on and so forth. I understand the ring may not be up to his standard, but for me it carries sentimental value, and to make comments about the "cheapness" of the ring infront of the buyer lacks class and professionalism. I did not go there to have him belittle my mom or for his opinion on the quality of my ring. I felt horrible that my mom felt so bad after this interaction and hours later still feel angered about this interaction. Went to another jeweler after him and the level of professionalism experienced from them was by far top notch compared to this experience.
