For anyone looking for someone to create their ring there is no one I would rather recommend. Michael really knows his stuff and is also very passionate about the work he does. He explains the process, uses only the finest materials and gets the job done right the first time while being respectful of your budget. Definitely went out of his way to get my custom ring done in a shorter than normal time span and even managed to surprise me with an engraving that I thought would not be done in time. 10/10 workmanship and customer service. All I can say is buyer beware! Micheal is very nice to sell you his products but in no way outlines any type of return policy. Due to unfortunate circumstances a ring purchased through Michael only worn once needed to be returned. Micheal was nothing but rude and displayed no sympathies or compassion for the situation. Had it not been for Bill Le Boeuf Jewellers I would have got absolutely nothing at a pawn shop trying to get back any money I could for this BRAND NEW ring. I believe customers should know upon making a significant purchase like that about what ones return policies are, not just get the run around and some type of rambling about Karma.

He was very friendly and explained the repair process in detail. I LOVE my ring now almost more than when I got it. He also designed a beautiful wedding ring for my husband. 10/10 would recommend visiting his store. Excellent customer service.

The employee had commented when I was in the branch (over a month ago), and at the time told me my pendant was very beautiful and unique. I went in to consult about an engagement ring, and Michael took the time to show me different diamonds and explain clarity, cut, etc. while sketching custom options that could be done.
