★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only because I had to pick a star is there one there. This property Management company does not return calls, emails etc. They make excuses and have been caught not telling the truth. I have emailed and called several times regarding harassments by the Management team with no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Condo Corporation uses Bayshore as the Property Management Company. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and responsiveness of our team Barb and Vivian. They have a large number of properties to manage and like many of us have to prioritize, but when it is urgent they respond immediately. They focus on working towards win/win solutions, not always an easy task.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. I own a condo that they manage and pay condo fees on time every month. I’ve had multiple bats in my unit and they refuse to address the issue or even fix the soffit where I know there is a gap. My neighbours drainpipe is has been broken for 2+ years and floods my patio to the point where water comes into my unit if the rain is heavy enough. They have promised to fix these issues for 2 + years. A maintenance person is always coming within a couple of week. They still have not even looked at, even after numerous emails. When you question their accountability they can be quite snarky.

She helped walk me through everything and followed up after the issue was fixed to ensure everything was in working order. Thank you for an amazing experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live at 11121 Young St. It is a beautiful place. The fountains and the landscaping always impressed my guests. Not to mention how well the building is managed. It’s so clean, secure, and friendly staff always ready for me. Specially the manager Linda from the Bayshore management company. I can always count on her. Anytime she is ready to answer my questions and solve problems. The phone calls, email follow ups not just help me but give me sense of well-cared.
