Know that you can ask for extra spicy if you want , they can do it for you accordingly.. very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.. ? the biriyani brought back memories from back home .. yum would be an understatement!! So glad that I don't need ro travel to Toronto for biriyani anymore !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Hyderabadi biryani, I would say best place for south Indians to enjoy the authentic taste of our spices and south Indian flavours in barrie. The quantity of food is stomach filling and the prices are reasonable. Best place for take out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic South Indian food tastes excellent….Dum biryani tastes spicy like back home …south tiffins finally in Barrie no more driving to gta for idli and dosa thanks to these guys……great food quality and quantity….yes there’s a wait time because of high demand but trust me it’s totally worth it….(cheat code-if you call ahead for take out there’s no wait time) …..tastes wonderful highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous Dosa in Barrie! I am so pleased that this great cuisine is now available without having to travel to Toronto! South Indian cuisine is such a refreshing change to the typical North Indian offerings. It is great to order a spicy dish that actually IS SPICY! Can't wait to challenge the chef once really fresh chilis are back in season! EAT HERE!!!

Thank you for yummy Biriyani, definitely try every time from you guys. I generally don't write reviews but I tried few Indian restaurant in Barrie and I stopped ordering food but I ordered from here after reading reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Hyderabadi Mutton Biriyani I have ever eaten in my 20 years in Canada. No one is even close to South Indian Xpress for Hyderabadi Mutton Biriyani not even anyone from GTA. I hope it stays the same guys you guys are doing great!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best biryani and masala dosa. Nice and spicy. Really like the service and how the place treated me. I usually go to Toronto for biryani or dosa, but finally I am very happy I can find food in Barrie which tastes outstanding. Thanks guys. Would like to see more items in the menu soon.
