J	James Dalton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with my father to trade in a newer stereo receiver for a vintage stereo receiver and all throughout the time that I was there, there was excellent service, however there was a male employee with glasses and long hair standing in the back and following me around, staring at me the entire time making me feel extremely uncomfortable and intimidated. I understand this is likely to deter thieves, but I was there rightfully as a customer without any bad intentions and I felt threatened by one of the employees here who was standing in the middle of the room staring at me and I felt offended and misjudged to be thought of as a criminal, and for that I am giving this place a two star rating. To offer constructive criticism, If I were the store owner, I'd recommend finding a different way to deter thieves, or have your security employees be less aggressive looking with people because it is actually very harassing and unwelcoming to customers. I'd like to know his name.

If you are planning to sell any Items there is a better pawn store just down the road off of Bayfield that actually will give you a fair amount.
G	Garret S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i would just like to vent my frustration on the store manager at this place i brought a ps5 into them got 400 for it on loan literally 5 mins later i didnt need the money and i came back just remember this is 5 mins later and the guy charged me half the service fee which was 65 dollars and i been dealing with them for over 7 years it made me feel so mad and upset. this place already rips u off for selling things and if the loans under 300 best believe your paying 30 percent on what they give u.

It was sent to Barrie for sizing and soldering. I was called to say it was ready, she didn't want to wait till Saturday so we rushed up to Barrie during rush hour traffic. We arrived about 5 minutes after closing but Rick stuck around for me. Outstanding customer service. Thank you.

Everyone is always polite, never pushy well knowledgeable about what they are selling and pretty fair on the pricing. Excellent pawn shop in my opinion.
