He is friendly. Ordered parts for my laptop and had no issues since I got parts from him. The price was reasonable for his service and got my laptop repaired within 2 days.

I took my computer in to be updated to Windows 7. It was to take 1-2 days to do it but took 4. That was okay but when I got it home it was worse than when I had taken it in and it cost me $158 that was slower than ever. Each day I called he said it would be ready "today." This went on for the 4 days and I was better off with what I had before I took it into his shop. In my opinion he has one disatisfied customer who will never return.

Uses aftermarket parts that are defective, charges for parts replacements and does not change the part, but still will not make good of shady business practices when confronted. There is lots of computer programs out there that let you know if a device is in original state or if parts have been replaced by matching the serial numbers. Not a place to go, call around and ask if parts are aftermarket or OEM and the cost of the repair. Sometimes you pay less but cost more in the long run. Rule of thumb, you get what you pay for.

Very unprofessional! No more than 24 hours after replacing my screen and paying $300, it got a pressure Crack due to his error (one side of the screen was raised and is buckled) I called to explained the issue and he immediately told me that he's not fixing it. You definitely won't be getting my business anymore Sir. Which is too bad for you because I recommend you all the time! A friend came to see you today after my recommendation. I've informed him about your response to fixing my phone and I plan on telling everyone my experience.

Took an iPhone in Monday evening to get repaired, was told the technician would be in Tuesday night and we would get a call with the quote and it would be done that day. Did not hear anything from them. Had to call THEM Wednesday night just for them to tell us it would be done till maybe Thursday or Friday at the latest and we would be getting a call by 3pm Friday at the latest to pick up. Friday at 330 we call and now they say it won't be until next week. Went and picked up the phone to take it elsewhere. That was the worst customer service, zero communication at all with the customer. I will never go back to them nor recommend anyone goes there.

I brought my iPhone 7 to him and was told 150 for the repair when I received my phone back (2 days later) the guy was still unable to get my phone past the white apple symbol. He told me all I needed to do was hook it up to iTunes and it would eventually reset. Trusting him I paid and took my phone to the apple store to have them do this for me. Upon them examining my phone they told me it wasn’t a software issue it was because of poor workmanship, poor matiedala, and a generally rushed effort. I took my phone to a couple in wash a beach who within 25 minutes had my phone fully functioning again. They informed me that a defective screen had been installed, multiple plates and screws missing, and that it was a relatively easy fix gone awry from carelessness. I took m y phone back and explained this to the guy only to be told before even finishing my explanation nothing would be done for me and I should leave. I told him after spending 150 dollars he should have made sure the work was adequate and the phone functioning. He told me he wasn’t responsible for software issue ( software had nothing to do with it) and that when I gave him the phone it was missing screws ( screen was completely shattered duh) I thought 150 paid for a working screen and adequate parts to assemble the screen but I guess I was wrong. Took me over 3 days to finally even be able to see the owner as every time I called I received no answer or call back and every time I went to the store the only people there were his wife and children. Very disappointing workmanship only to be topped by very unprofessional customer service. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Guy is a scam artist.

This place was a nightmare to deal with. The owner, Tony, while super friendly, conducts the actual business in a highly unprofessional manner. I brought 5 devices in at once to have work done in them. With each device, I attached a note stating exactly what the problem was, and what was needed. The first two were relatively cheap tablets, but I was told they couldn't be fixed, or the repair was going to be more than what the tablets were worth. While I appreciated the heads-up, the tablets were given back to me literally in pieces! Two laptops were taken in, and they were in for quite some time. Phone calls were not returned for sometimes weeks at a time. When I got my two laptops back, one did not have the specified personal data backed up onto the external hard drive I had just bought, rather it had weird operating system data backed up, which can do nothing on the external hard drive, nor on anything else. It had to be taken back in. The second laptop, which was a Dell, I had not needed any data backed up, rather, I required a replacement battery. This too was returned to me, without a replacement battery, but with my kids' personal data backed up -- not something I wanted or specified at all. That laptop had to be returned. Of course I had already paid for the repairs, but Tony does not give receipts or make any documentation. While he did end up backing up the right information on from the first laptop, he did not remove other baked up data from my external hard drive from the second, and he did not replace the battery, which is what I thought I had paid for. But he also did not refund the "work" that I hadn't wanted done. He told me the laptop wasn't worth replacing the battery, even though it was a Dell that was only a few years old and newer than my other laptop. Finally, my Samsung tablet he claimed was worth fixing. When I paid for my other repairs, he returned my tablet. The initial problem with the battery had not been addressed at all. When I realized that the tablet was still losing its charge drastically within minutes, I returned it to the shop. He did eventually fix it, by replacing the battery, but not before he had it for over THREE MONTHS! He would rarely return phone calls, and when I went into the shop, I could only deal with his assistant who ended up leaving the position as he was concerned about the way the shop was being run after my complaints and reading a number of negative reviews. When I finally got my tablet back, I was made to pay for the repair again, even though I thought I had already paid for it. I got it home, and while the battery was good, it no longer connects to the internet! I cut my losses and did not take it back. One other thing I also didn't appreciate, was the personal advice from Tony, that I should get a man in my life! In a friendly, earlier conversation, I had apologized for not being able to come in immediately when he called because I was a single mom homeschooling my kids, (I came in the next day, and it turns out he could have just told me on the phone), he shook his head and admitted that I had a lot on my plate, but suggested I get a man in my life. I was pretty shocked. I didn't need personal advice on my love life from the place that was supposed to be repairing my devices. So, Tony is a nice guy, but is very disorganized, unprofessional, and whose work is extremely undependable.
