β β β β β I'd give a 0 star review if that was an option. My husband went in as they opened this morning, and asked for help printing some stuff. He was the only one there! Only other person was at check out. Lady who was at the printing station was playing with her ring and said he would have to wait until the afternoon for help. Why? More then likely because she doesn't know how to help him. She kept refusing him help or service. Please hire people who know how to do their job. This is not the first time we've gone that no one was able to assist us in printing at this location. I was on the phone with him hearing how this lady was just giving excuses and my husband was upset and just walked out and made the drive to a different staples where he was helped instantly. 10 minutes. Very disappointed. Will not be going back to this location.

β β β β β I am always surprised by the selection of this store, I know everyone is having a hard time with staffing issues but the staff working did a really good job of covering all the bases even checking in on me looking around.

β β β β β You need to check out the new transformation store. It is beautiful and clean and everything is there for you to try. Finally furniture on display for you to see and chairs to try. Trust me you won't regret it!

β β β β β The self-serve printers no longer connect to Google Drive or to Drop Box despite no indications on the website or in the store. The associate was decently helpful, she directed me to a convoluted proprietary web-based uploading service that was a nightmare to navigate. Came in to print 9 pieces of paper, left 30 minutes later with sadness.

β β β β β The Bayfield Staples is great, I always feel welcomed and the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I bought a computer from them in October 2020 and got Microsoft Office student and I guess we had a mutual miscommunication because only the free trial one was entered since they apparently needed my Microsoft account info I never gave them, but long story short after a year my Microsoft Office stopped working because the free trial they typed in place of the full version (Office 365) had expired and was not sure why since I paid for the full version so I took my computer in. I go to figure it out and only got typed in the free trial one but paid for the full one and after they could not seem to find the code to fulfill the verification process that we missed when I originally bought the computer and could not get it to work since they set my computer up and had discarded the verification code, they took another off the shelf and typed it in for me for the mutual miscommunication, which is a $170 value. I am very thankful that they did not make me pay for another office code and took it as a loss on their part to ensure I had my computer running properly. Due to what I mentioned above, I will not hesitate to use their services in the future because they really know how to ensure customer satisfaction and that is the most important thing at the end of the day. Thank you Staples Bayfield for being so helpful in these tough times.
