A phone call to the store made me understand the high level of customer service they practice. A later visit to the store and almost an hour spent making sure that I was completely satisfied speaks volumes. They are not only very friendly but uber knowledgable as well and willing to share. I highly recommend buying from these folks. Oh and in a world where supply seems short, they seem to be very well stocked.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing but amazing vibes from everyone. I highly recommend making this your local Ski/Snowboard shop.

Every single one of them is so helpful & knowledgable. The sales staff and repair staff are both incredible. My friend and I brought his boot into have the crank on the front replaced — not only were they super speedy at doing it, they took the time the explain everything they did and walked us through what information to include for a warranty claim from the boot manufacturer. Everyone in the shop/repair department is easy to talk to and are very approachable. I would gladly make the trip out to visit this store again.
