★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store, great styles to choose from and staff are always friendly.
Would give 5 stars if they could work something out with the online store regarding the astronomically high costs to shop and ship, especially during the pandemic. Stores aren't consistently open in ON and it's just unrealistic to pay the price in US dollars plus $40 in shipping costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the regular prices on their clothing high, but they are pretty durable and great sale prices are available. The staff are amazing and helpful. The store is always clean and well organized. They make returns of online purchases super easy too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an awful experience, Sunday March 20! Writing a review because this needs to be addressed and the staff‘s customer service needs to be improved! First, Walked in and was starred at for my mask covering my face including most of my nose, I was centred out and told to properly put my mask on to shop here, and nothing was said to any other customers not even wearing one while I was in 15 minutes., then got ignored and received dirty looks while I shopped, and wasn’t asked if I needed help! That was my first and last visit I will ever shop in Barrie Torrid! Working in retail myself this was awful experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service!! I tried on a million items, returned one item I had bought a couple months ago, bought a bunch more, went back for something else, forgot to use my store credit and had to have my bill re-done, and the sales clerk was STILL AMAZING!! (That says a lot!) A++
My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the availability of sizing for panties and bathing suits.
