★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 15 mins for the employee who disappeared in the back to find a shoe. Never did see him again. Most likely sitting in the back reading and laughing at all these reviews. Decided to leave and go to another shoe store. Not sure how this place stays open when they can’t even complete a simple sale. Horrible customer service! Clearly just read the other reviews. Each employee needs to go get some training from Journeys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge selection of shoes. My daughter wanted blundstones and the selection was more than I could even imagine. The store was understaffed but the staff were doing the best they could. The girl helping us was friendly and helpful.

I needed some new slippers to replace my aging SoftMocs.
I was happy to receive excellent service and see all of thee styles and colours at the Barrie store. The staff was helpful and attentive.
Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to start by acknowledging people are run down from Covid I completely understand the "blah" of things. I also am the kind of person who will give credit where it is deserved. However that doesn't change the fact when you're at work you should be doing your job.
I called ahead of time to make sure they had my size. I waited 15 minutes for my shoes to be pulled from the back... When she came out I was informed that they didn't have a size 9...which is the size I needed. Not once did a staff member ask if everything was OK.. with the size.. comfort..etc.
UPS came in around the time I sat down to wait for my shoes. The staff kept walking by (not attending to any clients) not one greeted him. I alerted 2 staff members that a delivery was there...as he needed a signature to continue with his day.
The store had at least 4 staff members working...I finally left with no boots.

The sales associates were able to help me find the shoes I needed and when they didn't have the size of the shoe I wanted, they were able to order them from the website to be delivered to my house in a few days! They even helped me finding matching converse for me and my daughter. Great place, will always come here for my shoes!
