★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the store to look for boots for my son and check out Yoga mats. The employee that interacted with me was very knowledgeable and helpful. He knew what the better mats to use for hot yoga was and the towels. The footwear wasn't as helpful(two employees chatting away and ignoring the customers) . I did find someone who could quickly answer my questions about footwear after I returned from having lunch. My son is 9 with a 9 1/2 size foot(mans)with a high arches. I was assured that there should be something to fit him. All in all pretty good experience and I bought a towel for my mat. Will buy new mat another day as they are at least $100.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I forgot to ask the gentleman’s name that helped me but the guy in the shoe section was very helpful and knowledgeable when I asked for an indoor running shoe with support (I have tendonitis in both my feet and ankles and I’m an x Ray tech so I’m on my feet all the time). Thank you good sir

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I visited the Georgian Mall Sport Chek last friday. She bought a new ski jacket and pair of bib pants, good quality at a great price. Today we went to use them, and we could not find the pants anywhere (we looked high and low). We thought they had been left in the store. We called this location and Wayne was kind enough to take our information and check the cameras to see if the items had all made it into the bag, and if we had left with them. He called us back about ten minutes later to say that the pants had made it into the bag, and that we had left with them. Next thing we knew, the pants magically appeared right under our noses (in the back of the closet, where I had personally checked three times).
TL;DR Wayne checked the cameras for us to help us find a lost item. In the end we were just blind.
Thanks Wayne for the great customer service and for going out of the way to check the cameras for us!
