β β β β β I went into the store with my friend and I was wearing a wu-tang clan shirt, and Sarah the Blonde girl, said something about 'wu-tang clan' and then I look at her and she gives me a dirty look!!! So then I was waiting for my friend to try something on and she comes up to me and was like "arnt you guys supposed to be in school?" and I was like "uhm, no were almost 20" and then I leave cause she was rude as hell, I will never go back.

β β β β β The employees that handle purchases and concerns from the βGarage appβ are awful. The WORST customer service Iβve ever experienced. I ordered/paid for two sweaters off the app and only one of them was delivered. I bought them at the same time, on the same bill.
Iβve been nothing but kind, understanding and provided all the necessary information (order number, receipt, etc) to fix the issue. Iβve sent multiple emails requesting a resolution. Iβve heard no response at all, itβs been three weeks.
I have no reason to be dishonest over this matter. Iβm very disappointed that I didnβt receive one of the sweaters I bought. Their mistake hasnβt been fixed, no refund has been issued. If this mistake isnβt taken care of, I will no longer be shopping at Garage online or in store. Itβs one of my favourite clothing stores! Iβm a loyal customer! However, I value strong customer service and integrity of a customer being taken seriously and dealt with diligence and efficiency.
I do not recommend shopping on the Garage online store! Donβt waste your time or your money!!

β β β β β Staff was rude, clothing was bad. All the tops youβd be lucky to fit one areola in if youβre lucky because they are so cropped. I counted 7 shirts that werenβt cropped out of the entire store. Clearly suited for a singular body type and it was so apparent it was almost laughable.
