★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. The girls just stood there chatting the entire time and about their personal lives... when did this become okay?? Also why can’t it be more like the other stores where they’re nice and judgement-free.. Guess that’s why people eventually stop shopping there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop at Guess more than the average person (trust me). I have spent thousands at this store, but the people working need some customer service skills. The last 3 times I’ve been here, I’ve spent over $500 and they ask me if I need sizes as I’m DONE trying everything on. I’ve yelled for an associate to grab me other sizes and nobody is ever around. So I have to put on my clothes and come back into the store, and grab the appropriate size... then go back in my change room. Super irritated with this again today. But don’t worry I still spent $600. Please start putting someone in the change room like 99% of stores!
