★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went first thing this morning as they opened up to exchange a pair of slippers I got that were to big.
I didn’t park in a handicap spot and wasn’t using my walker and the manager said no problem these things happen and got out from behind the counter and walked to other end of store and got them for me as I can’t walk to far but he didn’t know this. Was so nice to see a man do what he thinks is right and make everything as simple as possible. Would just like to say thank you. Can’t remember his name but his badge said manager.

I called the store and the person who helped us was amazing. Super friendly and helpful! Thank you for your fabulous customer service during this lock down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to return a pair of boots I purchased for my child and I had no choice but to take it to Barrie as it’s the closest one. After returning the shoes - I wanted to get a pair of new ones for her. With regret - I asked a young lady that worked there if she can help with the size - she could’ve spat on my face and I wouldn’t be as upset as she made me feel..she literally threw the shoe sizer on the chair and said: here!! I asked if she hates her job as She didn’t want to help clearly. She laughed at me … my 8 year old daughter just looked at her and said - mom let’s go and she’s somewhere else. The people they’ve hired do not like to work there and have no problem cussing you out of the shoe company. Spend your hard earned cash somewhere else!
