My son had a haircut with Kerstin. He would like to give his experience 10 stars. She is the best!

It was my first time with Chatters and I am glad I decided to book an appointment with them. I had a hair cut and it turned out exactly the way I wanted. Shout out to Sabrina excellent work done.?

Story time. This momma here decided to try and cut his hair again from doing great the first time to completely messing it up the second time. My sons hair was long, wavy and in his face, as well my son hates to have his hair touched or cut. Nothing distracts him, he will cry and move his head every which way he can but i didnt want it buzzed either. So we decided to book Here as previous comments made it sound perfect for our boy. I called and explained everything the lady on the phone was very helpful, respectful, and understanding. We got booked with Sara. She was very patient, friendly and funny even though my child cried and moved his head she went with him. She made it work, she was fantastic. I know when he needs a haircut again i will becoming back and asking for her again. Oh and we drove out of town for this! Thanks again and sorry for the long story but this place deserves it!

It was my first time visiting Chatters salon and I had a great experience! I booked online and received my haircut from Lana, she did an amazing job! I went in feeling pretty anxious since I was cutting off around 10 inches of hair. Lana listened to what I wanted (even though I wasn’t fully sure) and gave me everything that I had hoped for, I am obsessed with my haircut!! Lana was very friendly and easy to talk to. I appreciate that she took her time and included me throughout the process of my haircut to make sure I was happy. I will definitely be coming back for my next haircut! Thank you Lana!!

I’ve been going to Chatters for about a year now. I see Donna. She’s absolutely phenomenal! She takes the time to listen to you and provides you with knowledge involving the hair. She is very meticulous and is NEVER rushing to finish the job. Her work is excellent and she is all around a great person - always happy! 10 stars for Donna! I am giving 2 stars because the one time Donna was not available, I booked with Lana. The staff did not let me know she was a junior/apprentice stylist, which upset me. I asked her for a full head of highlights on medium-dark brown hair and a trim (I HAD a medium length bob). She was rushing and completely BOTCHED my hair cut. Completely uneven in the back and front. I now have a super short bob that is not fixable. I left with brown hair (same way I came in). When I asked why there’s no blonde in my hair, her answer was “it’s a bit lighter”. When she was straightening my hair, steam was coming out of the straightener because my hair was not completely dry. I said “I don’t think my hair is dry”. She stated that the steam was coming out because she used Moroccan oil. Once she was finished blowdrying and straightening, my hair looked frizzy and brittle. I went home to rewash and redo. I also felt uncomfortable with the fact that she was asking her other coworkers what her next steps should be in regards to my hair. See below for a picture. Completely unprofessional! I went back to complain and a master stylist ATTEMPTED to fix my hair. The cut is not fixable (it’s been three months and I’m still trying to grow it). However, the colour was able to get to blonde within one appointment with the master stylist, so obviously she was doing something wrong. I do not recommend going to Lana.

My daughter and I were with Sarah for our appointment and she was amazing. Super patient, personable and very easy to connect with. Chatters is extremely clean and well organized. The ladies at the front desk are polite and happy to help you. I get all my hair supplies here - there will be a huge difference in your hair when you stop using drug store brands. Highly recommend!
