★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first moved to Barrie, I had a difficult time trying to find a decent hair stylist.....Finally I found someone who was willing to actually listen to what I wanted.......That is when I discovered Vicki. I have been with her for many years and I am always very happy when I leave. The atmosphere is very cheerful and bright and the staff are second to none. Scissors Touch....you guys rock!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to absolutely LOVE this salon when Karli was there! She was always super friendly and great at what she did. However I recently had another lady cut my hair and I had an awful experience.
I asked that my hair not be cut in layers and she chopped straight across the bottom instead. I came home and my hair was super uneven with multiple sections WAY longer than the rest of it.
She walked away twice the first time to go speak with friends leaving soaking wet hair infront of my face and in my eyes. The receptionist noticed and came over right away and moved my hair and apologized. The stylist spent 5 minutes speaking with friends then came back to me only to go and spend another 10 minutes with another client!
I did not feel she respected my appointment at all.
I will NOT be back!
The receptionist is a very great lady! Very kind and I really appreciate her!
