★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Feb 16th I purchased almost $200 worth of gifts for family birthdays. Today March 7th, I stopped by as the small bracelet ($35) I purchased had one of the small gems fall out. The clerk said there was nothing she could do since it was engraved. Well yes, of course it's engraved that was the point of buying it here. She then went on to suggest I could purchase a new one. No offer of assistance,no offer of a discount. I guess when I came in I took her away from her time on her cell phone and I, a customer, was more of an inconvenience. Don't waste your time or money shopping here. Would rate as zero if I could.

I visited this store on two separate occasions. Same employee both times. She lacks customer service skills, if she has any whatsoever. She did not acknowledge me when I walked into the store or greet me at any point while I was browsing. Never spoke to me to help me find what I was looking for, no interaction until I spoke to her. I'd like to mention I was the only person in the store both times, and if you haven't been inside the store - it's far too small for anyone not to know someone is there. When I approached her to inquire about a product she acted like I was annoying her. I simply will not ever do business where people are made to feel as unwelcome as I was on both occasions.

However, the employee today, Caitlin was very calm and called who she needed to call to help rectify the situation. They turned a very upset customer to a loyal one with their service. They have won me over. Thank you for the help from everyone today!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 9 pieces that I needed different wording on, I dropped them off this morning send she did them all in 30 mins! They turned out beautiful, I'm really pleased. Great price, less than $80 for the 9 pieces. This place has great customer service and is a strong recommend
