Had me thinking i could pay off my balance and get a new device or have the $33 remaining rransfered onto my next bill, turns out neither of those are options and i cant get a new device. Thanks for nothing telus georgian mall. Hire people who know how to do their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The technicians are not trained. They don’t know difference between physical damage and heat fractures. They said my phone has physical damage, but it almost blew up it’s getting so hot. It cracked screen & melted case it’s getting so hot. Never dropped, never scratch, always in full case. I’ve been trying to get new phone for over 2 months, lost tens of thousands of dollars in business.

In today's time of faceless corporations that don't care, Telus and there employees stand out. It is because of the service I got today that I have been with this company since 1998 (before they were called telus) and will be with them for the foreseeable future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy Staff. I went in to return my phone because my S20 ultra was supposed to come with the buds live for free, but it was only for online orders. So I tried to return my phone, and they had the audacity to offer the buds live 50% off just so I didn't return the phone and they would lose a "sale". Lmao
I returned the phone, ordered online, got my Buds Live, avoid this store, and honestly maybe Telus. They used to have fantastic customer service, call quality, and plans. I still prefer Telus over Rogers any day, but Telus really is slipping.

My first visit to Telus store is written below:
The tall guy there was on his phone for literally 4-5 minutes (There was nobody he is attending to) and he don't allow me to enter store by saying "we are only open for those customers who did research on the internet about telus plans".
The thing is if someone is suppose to do research on the internet then why would he or she even bother to go to the store.
Also, Employee shows very rude behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into store in Georgian Mall to take advantage of an offer texted to me. New tablet for 12.50 per month. They said I had to add another line so it would be 39.50 per month. We currently pay for 12Gb per month and never use more than 4GB per month. I do not need more data.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a story of not getting what I wanted at the shop... But 5 stars. I had to upgrade my phone. They did not have the one I wanted in stock. They took the time to check various other shops. Found one, called ahead to ensure it would be there. They also gave me a discount. After it was all said and done I got a new top end phone and it cost me 20 bucks less a month with a better plan. Your staff at the shop are courteous, professional, and a joy to chat with while they are searching for a phone for you. 6 stars if I could. I did lose the card they gave me so I could not center out the staff members. I apologize for not giving the credit where it's due. But a great shop. Miigwetch
