M	Matt Aceto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager that I had to deal with in this store is one of the most rude and Ignorant people I have ever met. It really is a shame because most of the staff are very friendly, (although they might not be the most knowledgeable), its the closest pet store that carries my pups food but... I would drive across the province to get pet supplies before I would go back into this store.

K	Kristine Caetano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called me when my dog was in for a groom and told me they saw “red long worms” in my pups stool (she was anxious and had an accident). Even though it sounded strange to me, especially because I had my dog on a monthly preventative, the groomer convinced me and told me she worked at a farm and saw this all the time. They then told me she couldn’t come back and sent her home wet. Naturally, I took her to the vet as soon as possible to find out what was wrong. 300 dollars later, I find out that she had NO PARASITES. Thanks for wasting my money! Probably should speak to your groomers about diagnosing pets when they have no medical background.
C	Cassandra Rees on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two 25lb bags of dry food and a few cans. One bag of food was ripped to shreds and there is kibble everywhere. Called Customer Service and they wanted us to sweep it up, put it in bags, and ship it back AT OUR OWN EXPENSE for the exchange. Their response was basically, "too bad, so sad, sweep it up and send it back to us and we will evaluate for a refund." Escalated to a supervisor and they reluctantly agreed to ship another bag without the return but had to send many pictures showing them the mess first. We will NEVER use PetSmart again after years of loyalty.
P	Phoebe Wu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited grooming salon at this location 2 weeks ago, on our wedding day. Bunny was our ring bearer - she couldn’t look any cuter! Summer was our groomer. She was super friendly and did a fantastic job! The booking process was easy and the ETA was accurate. Highly recommend this location.
L	Lee Radford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mostly great place to shop, not sure the manager there is very helpful or friendly as we have had several instances where he has failed to do basic customer services, forgot to put product away for me when I called and only one left, was rude to another customer,I don’t think he is suited to work with in customer service. Other staff have always been friendly, helpful and empathetic. Place is clean, bright and usually well stocked.
