★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always the worst customer service when filling up our multiple 100lbs propane tanks (weekly). They look for anyway out of doing it (often stating theres no spit valve until standing corrected), everytime I arrive I cross my fingers in hopes a younger employee is on duty as the older male employees (90% of the store) is moody at the fact they have to do something they're certified to do but dont wish to do (aka: their job) if you're the owner, don't bother replying.. just tell them to retire or do their job... that's it, that's all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband went in last week to sit down and plan an outbuilding with landscape design. We are planning to spend at least 20k on our out-building/pool house/sauna and change room that we are building in our yard. The customer service was shockingly disappointing and the employee working the counter was not one bit interested in helping my husband. Shame on you…we will happily spend our money at another location where customer service is a priority. My husband went in at 3pm on Wednesday April 13th 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this store. I was having trouble finding carpet powder and they had a bunch for a great price. Good sizes boxes. They also have saved me with repairs in my unit many times. The men who work here are quite knowledgeable.
