The staff working today were exceptionally helpful and kind. Not only is the price better than other locations but you can also collect and redeem optimum points which is a huge perk! We are looking forward to dealing with this location for our specialty health care items.

Don’t appreciate showing up a few minutes before closing and being sent away. Knew what I needed, would have taken 5-10 minutes but told cash was already closed. Could see a child playing with scooters but I couldn’t make a quick purchase. Staff knew what we were looking for and knew it would be quick.

Called to see if they carried a certain item that I had been told to buy specifically from wellwise. They told me they didn't carry the brand and when I asked them to check the upc I'd been given just incase they got the brand wrong she put me on hold, picked up a few min later when she got to the front and told me they looked it up and they didn't carry the brand. I asked her if she was going to take the upc from me to check and she said we don't carry it, said bye and hung up. Guess I'll never know since she didn't care to take the time to check.

Recently I've had to go through the sleep study in Barrie. After getting my results I was told I would need to buy a CPAP machine. I choose Shoppers Home Health Care after googling my options on who sold the machines. There are many places to purchase the machines. I'm very glad I picked Shoppers on Bayfield Street and had Lori as my nurse. I was under the assumption you just buy the machine and go home with it but that is not the case. At Shoppers I had the good fortune to have Lori help me. Lori is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the machines and the hoses ect. Lori explained how the machine functioned and what I could expect from my experience with the machine. I felt very confident taking it home that night. Now that I've been using it for a few months I would hate to be without it. Lori has called to check with me that all was good which I really appreciate. Lynn Adams

Very disappointed with lack of assistance received from CPAP technician. She would not safely assist me during this crisis and COVID and insisted I had to come into the store to show me how to use a machine I have been using for 7 years which has broken down. I just need a replacement machine. I am not going to a sleep clinic at this time to get a new prescription just for a replacement machine. No room to be logical during this crisis. I need my sleep!!

***Consistently late on essential medical orders. This locations management, and staff display absolutely no compassion or empathy toward their customers. The constant disregard, and lack of responsibility taken in order to ensure essential orders are not only ordered, but supplied to customers in a timely manner (whether delivered, or available for pick up in store) is shameful to say the least. Perhaps a change to your "billing procedures", and in store product availablilty to better accomodate those in need of their medical supplies; and on time, instead of implementing procedures most convenient for the company is needed here!? Your customers should not be made to attend local emergency rooms because you have neglected to ensure an order is completed and received on the date it's expected, and there is no availability of these products in store on shelves. Do better Wellwise!

A huge thank you to the Wellwise team in Barrie for getting my Dad his new rollator walker. Bernie and her team made sure to not just meet our expectations, but they went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.
