I was able to make a deal with Gavin for my used ebike. I went in the next day to checkout the other EVs they sell and Gavin sold me on a GMax ultra scooter. I'm extremely happy with the built quality and warranty of this scooter and I can wait to ride it this summer. They also have a great booth at the 400 market! Thanks Super Ebike Barrie.

After riding it a few times the bike died much before the suggested 25km range. Went into the store for a refund and was told no. When I asked why I couldn't get a refund. Their claim was people bought bikes for the weekend to just then return soon after. This was not my situation at all. I only used the bike 3 times and bike was still working. nrefund. Difficult to judge a product with out using it. Return policy needs to be adjusted to at least 30 days. So customers know if they like it.

I called in because I was missing a screw on my electric scooter purchased somewhere eles and they gave me a screw and fixed it for me free of charge. I appreciate that there are ppl who are here to help for something small and not money hungry. They have a great selection of electric bikes and scooters. However they don't let testing. So make sure you knkw what your looking for and if not someone will answer your questions. Thanks guys! Love to test a few scooters before purchasing someday!

Buyer beware of their return policy as all sales are final. I like to shop local but there was just something off about this place. I bought off Amazon instead..the same bike and it was less expensive....plus Amazon always accepts returns if you are unhappy. Plus they shipped to my home for free.

If you are looking for the best option for e-bikes and e-scooters, this is the place that you have to check out first. First of all, It's right next to highway 400 so it's so easy to find location wise. And the employee there are all very friendly and the customer services were beyond expectations. One of the owner Gavin was very friendly and even if we had tons of questions since we had little knowledge about e-bikes and e-scooters, he showed patience and answered all the questions that we had. He also recommended things that are fit to our own needs and it was very helpful. They even provide great after care maintenance services as well. Everything is priced out well and on the TAG it shows the price and PDI, freight fees noted so you can just ask the employee for price including it so it wasn't a huge surprise for us since it's WRITTEN IN THE TAG. They have the best options and different kinds of bicycles and scooters and bikes so if you are looking for it and if you want to choose the best option out there, check out this place. 100/100 recommended for everyone.
