★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called ahead to book a repair to tubeless rear tire on my e-bike. Provided make and model. Was told "we can do that, just drop your bike off. It will take 3 days". So, while dropping bike off, waited for 20 min for agent to help one person with a simple purchase, only to be told that they do not service bikes that were not purchased from them!?!?!!! Would have been really great to have been told that during my initial phone call. Person to person service is very slow and inexperienced. I can't believe a bike store only services bikes they sell! We have purchased bikes and equipment here in the past but after today...we will not be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars. I was looking to replace my bike seat for one more suited for my bike and body type. The gentleman retrieved three different seat styles. He was attentive, informative, answered all my questions. Even gave a biking tip I used immediately. I never lost my place in line during my decision making. Considerate and professional. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: They had the bike I was looking for
Cons: They had more than 2 days to do it but didn't prep the bike. The tires were each 20lbs under, one was missing the cap and nothing was greased.
I brought it to the shop near me after I started to hear and feel the crank grinding as I pedaled. D'Ornellas greased up the crank and now I'm back up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the jungle of bike stores this particular store is the king. Their service staff are exceptionally friendly, their service is prompt and the prices fair. I have a little store crush and would love to see inside yet with COVID they have been able to keep my weeks full of adventure and freedom as I cut through the trails. 100% worth spending your money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had brought my supercycle mountain bike in for a service and got some new additions to my bike. Also my rear tire needed to be trued or replaced, I was told by the service person that oh yes sir it just needs a couple of spokes and straightened. I replied perfect. I am on a pension and can't afford alot so this was the best option at the time but after only 8 or so days my rim warped again, and I was devastated as my bike is my only means of transportation. I figured bike land would have offered me some kind of compensation but instead want to gouge me even more. I AM NOT IMPRESSED BY THE SERVICE AND DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM IN THE FUTURE TO ANYONE.

Rear axle broke and could not get a replacement. Checked some of the other biking outlets in the area and I could not even get a rear wheel with the axle.Morgan Lemen the owner found a good used axle and was so nice to replace it as well. I am back on bike riding again. Next time I visit, I am going on a test ride on the big yellow bike outside for sure ....easily seen from the 400 : )

No doubt, this family business is an outstanding example of very strong team' spirit and a truly customer oriented Company.
I have been with you for about 2 years and, all the time, regardless the matter of my visit I was getting more than someone can provide to their customer. It is not only treating everyone, entering the store with a respect but this is about trust, understanding and valuing your clients.
On behalf of my family I would like to express our words of the most sincere gratitude and appreciation for having business with you and your highly valuable support.
Our kids are so happy with the upgrade you helped us to make. The only thing is that their bikes' tires now are way bigger than ours :-)
