★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time going to Royal Distributing after purchasing a new ATV, I needed a new skid lid for using on trails. I walked in and was greeted by a very polite young lady by the name of Tanya who made me feel very comfortable right away. I explained what I was looking for and she took me to the relevant area and showed me all different types of helmets for use with an ATV, but she asked me relevant questions to narrow down my choices. She was very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell me all the time (I hate pushy sales staff) and I was extremely happy with her customer service. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a large selection of gear, great prices and cortious staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping for new motorcycle gear and have been struggling to find gear that fits well. I was helped by sales person named Odette who was absolutely amazing. She listened to my needs and gave me great advice and recommendations for suitable gear. I ended up walking out with a jacket that fits like a glove. Thanks Odette and Thanks Royal Distibuting

We had a very helpful lady assist us with all our needs until completely satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Royal to get motorcycle gear and I had the pleasure of working with Tanya who was really knowledgeable got me the perfect helmet and jacket. Skye was my cashier She was a lovely cashier who explained the Royal rewards which I found really helpful. Overall great experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store, a lot of great product. I will say though every time I have been here, no one bothers to say hi or offer any assistance. I had about 5 employees, maybe more within 6 feet of me during my last visit, and none said a word. I find it hard to spend money somewhere when the customer service is sub par and you don't feel welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Royal Distributing Innisville today. Was waited on by the sales person (Amanda) who was friendly and knowledgeable. When she didn't know the answer to the question I had, the manager (Jason) came along and was so helpful. The two went above and beyond for me and my wife, from fixing a clearance helmet to finding the clothes for my wife (complete riding gear). I would definitely recommend this store and will continue to shop there. Great work Royal Distributing Staff.

Tanya was there to help me every step of the way, answering my questions, guiding me to the best products for me and what I was looking for. Never once did I feel “sold”, she was friendly, informed, candid and built great customer rapport quickly. I really felt like I could trust her and her advice without her pushing me to higher priced items just to meet quota. Greatly appreciated our conversation and her help.
Bree at check out was friendly, helpful and thorough. Again offered assistance, answered my questions and made me feel heard and welcome. Will definitely be back to this store to look for these two women as I look for more riding gear.
