Today (Feb 9th), I received help almost immediately. They answered all my questions about various boots and I purchased mine pretty quickly. Despite my first review, this is my go-to place for boots. I've been coming to Herbert's for the past 8 years.

Krista contacted me thinking I ordered something they didn't have in stock within 24hrs of my order. I confirmed my order and it turns out that they did. I had a great overall experience and the boots fit very well. I love the details on the boots. I'm really going to enjoy wearing them. Thank you!

If you have any defects in anything you buy the staff inside will be able to help as long as you HAVE THE RECEIPT!
Will definitely be going back for all my shoe/boot/jacket/hat needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased a pair of safety boots, and I have to give props to the sales staff. Store was very busy and although the store was understaffed, the sales woman was helpful, insightful and genuinely interested in making sure the boots I was purchasing were comfortable and suitable.
Everything from biker boots to cowboy boots and comfort clothes to work wear. New and clearance items for everyone's style.
