★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding customer service. Megan is kind, compassionate, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. I recommend BioPed Footcare & Orthotics. I found this clinic on a google search, and I'm so glad I did! I've struggled with plantar fasciitis for many years. They manufacture orthotics. I have to say they are the best I've ever had. I'm already noticing a big difference in my feet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bioped Barrie South is amazing, the people in there are very welcoming and very helpful with any needs.
The orthotic process i went through, went very fast, i had gone in for an appointment to get my feet scanned, and they called me in just a few days stating that theyre ready to he fitted to my work boots.
Overall the best place in barrie to get molded shoe inserts. Dont waste your money and time on the storebought ones, check out bioped!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great group of people! From the time I called to book an appointment, to meeting the receptionist and then sitting down with the doctor. I met with Christina Park who explained in detail what was wrong & how to fix it. Met her a week later to fit & pick up my orthotics, which were made to my feet. I was then followed up with a check in email a few weeks later. But the cherry on top of the cake for me, was receiving a hand written card! Just added an extra touch. Very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating & efficient. Highly recommend.
