M	MK Adanyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a Mani Pedi to celebrate a promotion. We went in with reference pictures of what we wanted which we were told was possible. After having to ask them to make changes multiple times, we realized there would be no good end to our nail experience. The first 2 photos are what we had as reference and the second 2 are what we received.

Tina is amazing, it’s like I’m going to visit a friend every time I get my nails done! Definitely worth the 45 minute commute for me! Everyone is super kind, friendly and accommodating, my nails are always perfect thanks to TN ❤️
A	AMANDA DANIELLE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in last week and I had left disappointed. HOWEVER, Tina, the Salon manager was incredibly accommodating and immediately had me in to rectify the issue. They were very sweet, and even added an extra palm tree design on both hands. I left very happy. They’re honestly perfect. I felt bad complaining but they were so great about it. I’ll go back for sure. They definitely take care of their customers and show great pride in their business.

The result will totally amaze you and will definitely not disappoint! The passion and the talent is surely visible with the services that are being provided. My girlfriend went to avail their services for the first time and will totally look forward to go back and be a regular customer! Their is no doubt that this business will definitely make a name in the marketplace! They take pride in their work and are the best in what they are passionate about. J	Jenessa Atkinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. I am a hand model and needed a nude colour manicure for a shoot. After getting my nails done here today, I ended up having to redo it myself. First, they took my old regular nail polish off with a dremel instead of acetone, then started cutting my cuticles DRY without soaking them. He cut my thumb with the clippers and it started bleeding but he didn't even try to clean the area. I had never had a manicure without soaking my hands before so when I had mentioned it, he then went to get the water and gave me the fastest mani I've ever had. The polish wasn't applied evenly over my nails and because of this, he had to do three very thick layers to try and hide the uneven texture. Unfortunately you can still see the bumps and it didn't dry properly because the layers were put on too thick. So not only was I sitting under the hand dryer (which was dirty, not covid friendly) for an entire hour before I had to leave, the polish ended up bubbling and looking awful as you can see in the photos. As someone who gets manicures regularly for my profession, I know what to look for and this just wasn't up to par. They had clearly booked in too many people and were trying to get them done as fast as possible and that showed in their work. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because I was happy with my toes, regardless of the fact that they rushed through it.
