K	Kim Stipe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and lacking knowledge. Had our side by side there for an engine rebuild which cost $2500 and was not done properly. After it being there for several months to be half repaired, when we called to explain it wasn't running properly they simply said there's no reason it shouldn't be running. Very sad that after spending that kind of money they did not stand behind their work.

Turns out they sold me a 2020 bike, with bad battery, missing marker lights and valve stem caps. The manager is even from my town lol. Goes to show you, trust no one especially these guys. Dealing with more reputable dealer now for my new old 2020 bike. Thanks
M	Morgan wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had called to put a deposit and start the financing on a machine, they insisted that they would not sell the bike, and in fact, claimed there was a “sold” sign on the bike for me…I had no issues with financing, went through the channels they insisted I go, got a confirmation number regarding some financing info and all was well…..then they called saying something wasn’t completed properly? which I immediately was skeptical about..they then dogged me for a day and a half, only then to tell me that they SOLD THE MACHINE TO SOMEONE ELSE. Terrible business, if they will pull this, what else do you think they will do?? They pulled credit checks, requested private business information, and after getting all this info, said sorry we sold the machine to someone else…Sounds like a scam??? STAY AWAY Just go buy a Yamaha , from a real dealer, not a Massimo ,from a dealer with the worst name I’ve ever heard …cheers.
