Me and my close group enjoy quadding and mountain sledding and Powersports has made it easy to get parts and accessories that we require. Luke at the parts counter is always willing to go above and beyond getting us what we need quickly and accurately. Would highly recommend giving them a call!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a rim for my kids quad from Graham, he was great, said he would swap out the rubber when we brought in the old one no problem. Had my dad go pick up the new rim and have the rubber swapped, he hit an accident on the way to the store so he showed up 5 mins before closing he talked to the service manager, service manager complained about it being hot and not going to be able to get it done today, Graham grabbed the rim and swapped it out in five mins... Graham is awesome..... Service manager sucks...... Lazy people are ruining the service... Argghhh!..... Thx Graham!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. After snow checking and purchasing a new sled, they are quick to dismiss you. No follow up and when we went to purchase some accessories they wouldn't give us the time of day. Terrible terrible place to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star would be generous for this place. When you think you have a deal worked out on a sled and then you find out from a third party they sold the sled you thought you had a deal on. And then don't have the decency to even call you and tell you that they sold it. Tried calling many times and head sales guy Chris dodges your phone calls and tells you he had to switch phones and call you back and then proceeds to never call back. All in all. Communication is poor. Customer service is poor, wouldn't recommend this place to someone I didn't like. Honesty and integrity are something this place has never heard of. Seeing as I have to give this review 1 star. I would say the parts department is the only decent thing about the place.
