★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I bought a 570 quad from here, we should of researched it before because its a piece of junk. It has been in 4 times for repairs. We just got our throttle extender replaced as our son broke it by mistake. We ordered ours originally for 27$ and they charged us 212$!! I am super frustrated by this company. The one guy in sales was super rude and blunt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crooked safety inspections. Tried to upsell replacement parts that were on the bike when I bought it from them. (Yet they did the sales safety inspection).
They then wouldn't pass it because the brake pads were 50% worn. After replacing them myself it was the signal lights that weren't stock (they were led replacements that were on the when I bought the bike from them on consignment).
Then it was the rear fender, which I had not modified since buying it from them.
Eventually they just signed off the inspection after I threatened to contact SGI about their tactics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a 2017 KTM Duke 690 from here. This was a new old stock, and the pricing was better than anywhere else by a longshot! Darcey and his crew were amazing!!! I live in Saskatoon, and was able to finalize everything over the phone. I set up a delivery date with them and the bike was tuned and ready when I arrived. Darcey then gave me a overview of the bike and loaded it on the trailer and I was on my way back!
Definitely recommend this dealership, went above and beyond with their customer service. Will be returning here for my next ?️ !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with website, it should ether be maintained or shut off. After driving nearly an hour to get there to put a deposit on a bike that was shown "in inventory" it was sold. Not just sold....sold a while back. Days later it still shows in stock. More current updates would have saved a big discussion/deal with my wife. The actual floor staff is not the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own a KTM dirt bike, that I bought somewhere else, but I get required parts here. Today I went in looking for a couple of ignition system parts for it. One of the service desk employees came over, took the parts, repaired them and confirmed serviceability. Saved me $126. 10/10 would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased an LS2 Valiant Motorcycle helmet July 2021 and used it throughout the remainder of the riding season; Fast forward to May 2022 and riding season resumed
While out riding, there was an issue with the helmet and the visor ended up snapping off
I brought the helmet back to Alsport and explained the situation
Without hesitation, the Staff searched to see if they had another helmet in stock, unfortunately there were none in the store
Ordering it in would take > 1 month
They refunded me the full purchase price and suggested I choose another helmet that was in stock; which I did
Note the helmet that I selected for replacement was cheaper than the LS2 and they then refunded me the difference
I don't think they had to do this, but nevertheless, they did!
Great Customer service on this one!!
It's nice to see that Alsport Sales will back up the product lines they carry when situations such as this arise
