I was contacted by Philip Neill that same morning and even though my plan A didn't pan out, Philip gave me a solid plan B. He told me exactly who I needed to contact, and what information I needed to provide. Just a few days later I was all set and behind the wheel. I'm definitely looking forward to doing business at this location again once the time comes for another upgrade.

I also appreciate the fact that my car was fixed in good time despite issues with auto parts supply resulting from supply chain issues including the freedom convoy bridge blockage. To top it off, my car was returned in pristine condition. Apparently, after repairs they detail the vehicle. I am definitely satisfied with the service delivery at Bennett Dunlop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Josh, and I don’t recall his last name, helped me while was in quick lane for a scheduled oil change. Very pleasant, professional and patient especially with my extra questions. I was the 2nd owner on the vehicle and I asked for some maintenance history, which he provided without divulging the previous owner’s information and I appreciated the confidentiality with that. He has awesome customer service skills and represents Bennett Ford very well. I hope Bennett Ford dealership realizes what an asset Josh is for their company. Great job Josh and thank you again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a used vehicle here, and I definitely would not recommend this dealership to another person; I got a good deal on my vehicle, however, the entire sales process and post sales experience is not something I’d want another person to deal with. Lack of professionalism, lack of attentiveness, and combativeness are just a few things I had to deal with; I’ve never had a sales manager and sales person NOT want to sell me a vehicle or raise their voice at me before, and make me feel less like a valued customer.
The service department is the only silver lining here - I’ve gotten some great service from the Quick Lane and any work done on my vehicle was done with integrity.
But I’d never buy another vehicle here, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Even after talking to loyalty via email, there was no follow up, which just shows how much they really care.

Back in June of 2020, I placed a reservation for a new 2021 Ford Bronco. January 2021 i was one of the lucky few to place my order for my custom Bronco. It was a long process spanning many months. July 2021 my Bronco was built only to suffer from months of delays due to the hard top roof set back. Darren was spectacular in keeping me up to date on where my Bronco was and when it would be shipped. Late October it finally arrived, and the purchase process was super easy. Within a few emails back and forth i had my financing sorted out and ready for delivery day. Pick up day i was in and out in no time at all and finally able to enjoy my new Bronco.
January 2022 came and it was time for the first service. The service department was welcoming and clearly enjoy what they do, and throughout the day multiple staff would inquire about how the new Bronco is, genuinely curious on what they were like in real life.
I very much recommend Bennett as a dealership to anyone i know, sales department, service, detailing, all take pride in what they do.
