Showed us all the history before we headed out and walked us through the features of the car and prepared an offer for us while we were test driving. He ended up pulling a different option for us from the Audi location and we were thrilled and went with that. Great customer service and showed us that he wanted our business, we had tested out a few other cars at other dealerships and did not feel as valued as we did at Taylor. Thanks Al!
