James – Owner
James started in the automotive industry over thirty years ago and has spent his entire career in the customer service industry. His love for mechanics started at a young age helping / hindering his father working on vehicles and farm equipment. This led to his love of muscle cars and the quest for more horsepower. Now older, wiser and way more mellow he is still an automotive enthusiast and very much focused on customer service and will go up and beyond for his client’s needs.
In his spare time James enjoys spending time with his wife, going up north quading and the occasional trip to Saskatchewan International Raceway as a crew member.

My car died and needed an ECM replacement through an extended warranty and they went above and beyond to help me through the process. I have been dealing with Curtis as a service advisor for years and he spent hours on this job calling around to find the part, dealing with my extended warranty company and keeping me updated every step of the way. Not once did he sound frustrated or sick of dealing with it, every time I spoke to him he was friendly, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. I would trust Driven with any repair on my vehicle and recommend anyone to go there for vehicle repairs as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people are Driven are always a pleasure to deal with. We always take out Delivery Van there and we are always treated and feel like we are important when we deal with them. They always do their best to get us in as soon as they can and will even make exceptions. Just the other day we had a low tire and they were able to squeeze us in and had us in and out in 10 minutes. If I have a choice I would take my own personal vehicles to Driven just solely based off of their customer service. Well done.
