I recently purchased a 2022 Kona N-line Ultimate. The purchase experience was quickly expedited, being handled smoothly and professionally. This is the second vehicle I've purchased at Hyundai of Regina, and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to give them my business again. Thank you for a pleasant and stress-free experience! I recently had a negative experience with Hyundai of Regina. I’m a young woman who was experiencing issues with my heating system and I drive a 2016 vehicle that was purchased Hyundai of Regina less than one year ago. I even bought additional insurance for the vehicle. From the moment my vehicle was in their possession, things became messy and disorganized. I would have one individual tell me that diagnostics were being run on the vehicle, then no phone call for hours on end. When they finally diagnosed the issue, they wanted to charge me an excessive amount for the diagnostics, despite being told it would only be $50.00 as my car was purchased there. I would be told one thing by one employee and another by a different employee leading me to believe the communication between staff is poor. There were disagreements about what my warranty covered, when the vehicle would be done. Any time that I called to get answers I was put on hold or told that the individual who could help me was not in office and would call me back. When I did not receive updates, I took it upon myself to reach out. The amount they wanted to charge me for the part I needed was well over $300.00 and after doing my own research and calling around the city, I was able to determine that they were trying to screw me out of more money charging me over 50% of what the part was actually worth. The worst part of this is that the reception or admin staff were extremely rude to me and at one point hung up the phone on me after explaining how diagnostics work in a very condescending tone. I do not think that I will be returning here to purchase another vehicle or get service done on my current one.

I bought this vehicle new and I've had nothing but excellent service over the years from Hyundai Regina. I actually bought my vehicle because I saw how my parents had excellent service from the dealership as well with their hyundai. I especially appreciate it that I had an issue which would require further diagnostics and they laid out a plan to get it done bring it back at certain intervals, so they could diagnose the problem correctly. I appreciate the honesty that they were able to admit they didn't know but here's a plan to find out. Great team at Hyundai Regina, have not been let down and don't anticipate it happening.

Overall my recent vehicle service experience was good. My vehicle service went as planned and was completed in a timely manner. What I was not happy with was that once I was inside the service department dropping of my vehicle the service advisor that helped me was not wearing her mask for the first five minutes I was there. Also after my vehicle was checked in while I waited for a shuttle ride two more employees came into the waiting area from the back shop not wearing their masks. I would expect employees of a major Dilawri dealership to abide by the rules and keep their customers safety and health concerns in mind. Please do better in the future Hyundai.

Can't say enough good things about the staff and products from Hyundai of Regina. After having nothing but service issues and recalls on my previous vehicle (The other H), I got an above average value on my trade. Add to that amazing customer service in a pressure free buying atmosphere and I'm the proud owner of a 2022 Tucson N Line. Sunny, Ryan and Adrian made the buying process simple and easy. Hyundai is easily making some of the most eye catching, high value vehicles on the market.

Their customer service was excellent. I would recommend speaking to Sunny, he's one of the sales consultants and he is wonderful. The best, I'd say. As a first time buyer, you have so many questions and concerns and he was very patient, available to chat about any issues you had considering your options. If there was a 10-star rating, I'll give it up because my experience was wonderful. They added some extra perks and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I got a fantastic deal as well. Honest and reliable people that are committed to making your life easier and better. Special 15-star rating to Sunny ?

I am overwhelmed with the customer service I received from the service advisor staff. Specially from Reid. I recently had 3 visits within a month to repair my car. Each time I was treated very well from each staff member there. Their shuttle service is also awesome each time. Thank you Hyundia of Regina for top notch customer service ??
