Apart from guiding me with car deals he went above and beyond his duty to help with the questions that were not directly linked to the deal. He is very knowledgeable and kind, always ready to help.

They go the extra mile to make sure all your needs are met, all your questions are answered, and you leave not only with a new vehicle but a smile on your face knowing you will always be looked after with importance. β β β β β Daniel Erickson was excellent and everything you would want in a car salesman. He sold my uncle his most recent SUV and has now helped me in purchasing my first vehicle! Great communication skills and was patient with me throughout the whole process. Fang and Brayden were excellent as well! The whole staff was very welcoming since my first step into the dealership. Will most definitely recommend and be back for an upgrade when the time comes :)

β β β β β Wen and Hana deserve a double raise. They made the entire process of purchasing a vehicle seamless. They even baby sat my two year old for over an hour. They reached out to us post sale to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and helped with our first car servicing. I don't recall the names of the other staff we met but they were all warm and helpful. They get all my five stars!

β β β β β Thanks for selling me a Silver Colour Vehicle From Outside And White Colour From Inside??.. Short sad story.. Problem at the engine βall injectors stopped working after 2 days from purchase..No return allowed!β Then hidden big accident never reported to SGI and fixed with cheap materials !! Fake information and reports to push you to purchase once you pay go to hell !! Bad communication.. Horrible experience looking for solutions.

β β β β β While getting my car from Regina Nissan Moe and the rest of the team pulled out all the stops to make sure that I was happy with the buying experience and my vehicle. They did an in depth review of the car with me even though I was already thoroughly knowledgable on the vehicle. They were able to show me how certain features worked and let me take it home to make sure it was the one for me. Moe personally made sure the car didn't have a speck of dust on it after washing it before I took it home. They even parked it in the showroom for me and put a silk cover over it so I would get a big reveal of how it would look when it's clean. Great experience overall and very happy with the effort the team put in.

β β β β β Great car buying experience. Nice friendly staff and clean atmosphere. Dan helped me get into a brand new altima without any hassle. Dan was very friendly and had a great sense of humor as well as very knowledgeable for the vehicle that was only under a week old there. Wen and Fang were also great at handling any technical concerns i had. Great team work!
