Dave Smith was a great BMW team member and we were so happy with how he worked with us during our dream vehicle purchase. Dave was extremely courteous, answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome from the minute we met. At no time did we ever feel rushed while we were dealing with Dave. Thank you for everything and your willing to go the extra mile to complete our sale. As a satisfied and pleased customer, we will definitely return for future business! Very bad experience while trading my hyundai with BMW X3. It seems like other brands doesn't have any value when it comes to trade. Still like the sales person JAS, VERY NICE GUY Thank you

Inspection for my vehicle purchased from them was not done properly. 11 months later, when i moved to a different province and had to get an inspection done, the inspector said that the tires have dry rot on them. Considering i put 20000 km on my vehicle in the 11 months of owning the vehicle , it had to be in that condition before i purchased the vehicle. On top of that, they lack empathy and try to push you off once the sale is done. I would recommend to not trust their inspection report and get a third party inspection done before finalizing your deal.

Don't bother going to these guys unless you have no other choice. They will over charge you for parts they won't put on your vehicle and then throw hidden none disclosed charges at you when you try to return something they most inconviently made me prepay for out of pocket. Then was pushed off to other specialty shops warning me about this ? needless to say they don't have very good general customer service. Especially when they committed a disservice.plus on top of that said they completed work that didn't actually get done. Totally offended and not happy with how I was treated..

My rep Calin and manager BK provided outstanding customer service from my initial internet contact, to obtaining accurate info I required, always with follow ups right up to the closing documentation. The professionalism, dedication and patience they had provided to put this out of province deal together was very much appreciated. Nice to be back with BMW!

i bought parts from them a while back and they were shipped in from Germany, gave them Vin and everything. The part didn’t end up fitting my car so my mechanic told me to go return it to them and I had previously asked them if I could return the parts without any charges or fees when I was purchasing because this has happened to me parts with other companies before and they easily return it without any issues. I ended up moving out of town and told my friend to go return the parts for me as it was still within the 30 days as well. But when he talked to them they told him there’s restocking fees now which is 104$?? This was not what they told before when I placed the order otherwise I would have bought my parts through another company. The parts manager there told me he was going to talk to the employees that sold me the parts and call me but never ended up hearing back and my parts and money is sitting there now.

From start to finish these guys and gals are awesome. Sales is more then welcoming and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond for me, with the test drive, they let me take the car over night to make confirm it was really for me. Financing was really easy to deal with. The most important part is the service. Incredible service, unlike other dealerships they remember you, you're not just a number. When i brought my car in for an oil change the Manager, BK actually came to sit and have a conversation with me, asked how the vehicle and life was. Its all the little things that make this place great. I've never had such great service dealing with a dealership. Keep up the great work!!
